Of beetroots and carrot
I've been told that carrots hate to be moved about.
Beetroot on the other hand don't seem to mind a bit of relocation.
These guys in the background of the photo were all clumped together in the corner of the garden bed.
I dug them up, and moved them about to give them some space.
The leaves all wilted, drooped, and the plants looked like they had all died.
Two weeks later and everything is standing tall.
This carrot is the only bit of joy from half a packet of seed sprinkled about.
