Tomato update Feb

The 'new girl' variety are supposed to have better flavour then the 'early girl'.
I had one on a sandwich for lunch and it did have a nice standard tomato taste.
The 'new girl' are doing well now that the winds have died out.

The bush tomatoes are rampant with lots of good sized green fruit and a few early ones have ripened.
There are a few young 'Tommy toes' breaking up the mass.

The Roma were grown from seedlings and I've had a bit of trouble picking the right suckers to remove. There is a bit of fruit and I'm hoping they can get some good growth on now.

After wasting time and tomatoes on fighting caterpillars last year, I'm better prepared and got the bt onto the plants early.
