The very first team for our new Daintree expedition fielded at end of May and we were lucky enough to receive some amazing video footage to show just how unique and special this expedition was for the volunteers involved.

If you missed out on the first team, another team is set to run Oct 22-31.

ggs.jpgAustralian school gives more than just hard work on their expedition.

On the first Australian school team, Geelong Grammar School gave more than just hard work and enthusiasm during their time on their chosen expedition, Mammal Conservation in South Africa.

The team of 15 students and 2 teachers managed to pack an astonishing 80kg of much needed school supplies in their luggage to give to a local school in Polokwane.

During their day at the school they also engaged with the local children while teaching them about the environment.

Marine debris is a growing problem for wildlife, and has been documented to affect more than 267 species worldwide.

Lead scientists from the one-day expedition, Turtles in Trouble, publish their first journal on the documented findings from the expedition and their wider research.
