Lose yer bottle

It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to preserve some garden goodness.
I have learnt some lessons from past adventures, and this year managed not to break any jars or spill scolding liquids and chunks of veg all over the kitchen.

Now I have four bottles of passata, and a couple of jars of bread and butter pickle.
Plenty of produce still ripening in the garden
